He opted to receive his $1 million payout in 20 annual installments, valued at $50,000 apiece before taxes, the lottery says.
Rolf bought his golden ticket at the Imperial Gas and Country Store in Mendon, which now gets $10,000 for selling the winning numbers.
He beat odds of 1-in-1.68 million to get the big win — although lottery officials are yet to reveal the odds of actually winning twice.
Rolf bagged his first massive win in the state’s ‘Hit $1,000’ instant game back in May 2018.
He chose to receive that prize in a one-time payment of $650,000 into his bank account.
Rolf bought his first winning ticket in Milford, Massachusetts, a town just next to Mendon.
It comes a week after a record-breaking EuroMillions jackpot totally £170m was paid out.
